Adal Ibrar

Before transferring to a career in law, Adal qualified and spent several years working successfully in the financial services sector. He graduated university with a First-Class Bachelor's degree in Psychology and was awarded the Graduate Diploma in Law by the University of Law. He went on to complete the Bar Professional Training Course at the City Law School and was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple.

Adal takes a client centred approach and will speak to you about your case before any fees are quoted or charged. Conferences with Adal can be arranged at a convenient time including during evenings or weekends. You can speak to Adal on the phone, Skype, WhatsApp, or Zoom.

Adal has been authorised to conduct litigation. This means that he can represent you without the need for a solicitor, and can even go on the court record and handle the day-to-day running of your case.

Adal accepts instructions for all criminal cases in both the Magistrates’ and Crown Court. Adal can represent you via a solicitor or by you instructing him directly.

Legal Aid & Privately Paying

Adal can represent you regardless of whether you are in receipt of legal aid through a solicitor or paying privately. Although most serious criminal cases attract entitlement to legal aid with no need to pay for representation, it also means that there are restrictions and limitations on what your legal representatives can get paid to do for you.

If you choose to pay privately, Adal can represent you from the moment you are charged to the verdict in court or even to appeal. You will have the advice and assistance of a barrister throughout the process, and you have the reassurance that the person representing you at trial is the same person who has been with you from the start.
