I can also advise on cases where a complaint may be possible to the legal ombudsman, which can often be much cheaper than going to court.
I am experienced in no win no fee agreements, Damages Based Agreements, insurance and funding agreements. I can also help you in related litigation such as solicitor - client assessments or inter-parties assessments. If you are faced with paying legal fees I can advise on possible challenges to a solicitor's bill; these can often reduce the amount you may have to pay.

I can advise and assist on the pre-action stages of a claim, all the way through to trial, as well as dealing with consequential matters such as enforcement and costs challenges.
