Feliks Kwiatkowski

On this site, experience and ability come as standard. I offer something extra: I know how it feels to stand where you are now. I was once the target of undeserved and potentially utterly destructive civil litigation, in a field of law I knew nothing about. My legal team saved me. More recently, I have had to engage in civil litigation to protect my rights, more than once. I know how stressful and harsh the court process can be, even when you are totally in the right.
My aim is not to waste your time and money, but to adopt an analytical, target-focused approach to your situation, and to be your safe guide in the jungle.
I have been at the Bar since 1977 and have practised civil law exclusively since about 1998. I have been registered for direct public access since about 2006. For the right case, it's an excellent system - I have even conducted a successful High Court trial on this basis. Because I believe in direct access, I re-qualified and re-registered in 2015, achieving a 100% score in the post-course assessment.
I was born to Polish parents in Sussex, where I still live. Most of my work comes from London and the South-East, but I will travel in the right circumstances. I have appeared as far afield as Penzance and Edinburgh. I speak Polish and French. When off-duty, I play chess, to National League standard.
I am a member of Piccadilly Chambers see - www.w1law.com .
Professional memberships include the Employment Law Bar Association, the Professional Negligence Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
My fee structure depends on the specifics of the particular case. The usual factors will be the value of the case and the amount of hours' work expected of me.
You may normally expect a reply to your first inquiry within 24 hours of receipt.
I am happy to have an initial phone conversation about your legal issues, at no cost to you.
