I am a "career-change" barrister, a former NHS Consultant in Restorative Dentistry, ranked as a "Rising Star" in the field of Professional Disciplinary and Regulatory Law in the Legal 500.
I am diligent, responsive and extremely attentive to detail, providing accurate and effective advice, always doing my utmost to achieve the best result for my client, while being realistic and honest about potential outcomes.
I am a registered dentist and had a successful career in dentistry before being called to the Bar. I was an NHS Consultant in Restorative Dentistry for 16 years and have experience of general dental and specialist private practice. During that time I also had extensive experience as an expert witness in dental negligence and dental regulatory matters. This past experience proves invaluable when advising and representing regulated healthcare professionals at hearings before their regulators, in particular the General Dental Council, be that full Fitness to Practice or review proceedings, hearings before the Interim Orders Committee and also Restoration hearings.
What my clients say
" I can wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone in need of a robust and honest representation.I had felt overwhelmed at the prospect of having to face another hearing and having you there on my side made all the difference"
"From the very first telephone conference with you I had felt that you listened attentively and had fully understood my circumstances. You then gave both precise and meticulous advice"
"astute, commercial, detailed authoratative and responsive" - Legal 500
