Claire has developed a successful practice across a broad range of immigration and asylum law matters and has practiced as a Barrister in this area since 2010. Claire represents Appellants in the First Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and the Administrative Court and drafts grounds of appeal to Courts at all levels. Prior to becoming a Barrister Claire advocated and campaigned on behalf of immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers at Refugee and Migrant Justice; Lambeth Law Centre; the Immigration Advisory Service; Women for Refugee Women; and Refugee Action. Claire is dedicated to advocating on behalf of vulnerable individuals from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds and is committed to achieving the best outcome for those she represents.
Claire is a Public Access qualified Barrister and therefore is able to accept instructions direct from the public in immigrationand family law matters.
I am based in Brighton but can travel to London and the surrounding areas if neccessary.
