Majeks Walker

 Majeks has extensive experience in general commercial litigation and company law including contract and debt claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency. As part of his commercial practice, Majeks has advised international businesses and governments in the aviation and oil and gas industries, where he has over 10 years of experience, and provides professional training in the law for executives working in those industries. Majeks accepts instructions from commercial clients to provide drafting in relation to non-contentious requirements, including contracts, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and general terms and conditions.

My approach

He travels throughout England and Wales to represent clients in court hearings and has appeared in various courts and tribunals, including the High Court and Court of Appeal.

Having lectured law at both undergraduate and postgraduate level at leading universities for over 10 years, Majeks’ knowledge of the law is quite vast and so are his advocacy and courtroom skills. He is a quick thinker and a problem solver, and is comfortable to argue obscure points of law.

About me

Majeks is an astute and experienced advocate with a winning mentality, providing outstanding legal advice and representation. He was called to the Bar in 2006, and he has a broad common law practice with a focus on all aspects of civil litigation, property law, employment law, Immigration law, family law (children and finances), company law, crime and regulatory offences including licensing.

Majeks has an LLB (Hons) degree, an LLM, and holds a Certificate in Law Teaching, both from University College London (UCL,) and he is also a trained mediator. Outside of the law, Majeks is the Co-Founder of Professors Without Borders, a charity dedicated to providing further education to students and professionals in emerging economies. He is a classical music singer and is a member of a classical male voice choir. He is also into sports and loves watching football and basketball
