JEROME WILCOX

Jerome’s practice centres around all forms of dispute arising out of general contract with a particular
emphasis on building and property related claims, Tribunal work, rights of way/access, boundary and
neighbour disputes. More recently he has been dealing with TOLATA type claims and claims involving
bad faith and duress. He is also involved in vintage and high value car claims particularly where elements
of fraud or bad faith are involved. Jerome acts for a number of businesses on an ongoing advisory basis.
He will also deal with general debt claims.
A large majority of his practice involves representing lay clients (individuals, partnership and corporate)
pursuant to the Direct Access Scheme. Jerome is authorised to conduct litigation and therefore can replace
solicitor involvement entirely in an appropriate case running a case from beginning to end. Jerome also
acts in planning related matters and associated enforcement issues.
