About Christina
My approach
I prioritize building strong relationships with my clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the legal process. Here's how I work:
1. Initial Consultation: I offer a free 30-minute telephone interview to assess the strength and suitability of a case, guided by professional standards. 2. Detailed Evidence Gathering: I collect all relevant facts and background information, explaining legal points and implications clearly. 3. Case Strategy: I assess the merits of the case, determine the best approach, and identify necessary evidence to prepare and present the case in court. 4. Transparent Agreement: I prepare a clear agreement outlining the scope of work, costs, and expectations. 5. Professional Representation: With a signed agreement, clients can rely on my competence and protection by professional insurance.

What clients say
Don't just take my word for it, here's what some of my satisfied clients have to say: • Just recently, Christina Nicholas won our appeal against the Home Office in their decision to reject my spouse's visa. My wife and I feel very fortunate to have had someone so sincerely dedicated to our case. She thinks critically, and logically while also being supportive, and encouraging. We could not have done it with anyone else. I highly recommend., J. O'Connell, London • The Home Office refused my wife a residence card, thus taking away her right to remain in the UK. This was a devastating blow to us, splitting up our family and forcing us to live in different countries. Christina Nicholas gave us the professional help and support we needed in our appeal by explaining legal matters very clearly and advising what we had to do to prepare for the appeal hearing. She was also present on the day to argue our case. I am happy to report all went well and the Home Office decision was overturned on the spot and my wife was granted the residence card. I would certainly recommend Christina's professional services as a barrister to give you the support you may need in legal matters., Michael Curran, Gloucester • I am grateful to Christina Nicholas for her legal advice and presentation of my case in the immigration court. She persuaded me to disclose all the background facts which had been disregarded and ignored by my previous legal representatives in other legal proceedings. It seemed that these facts were not relevant in my immigration case but she insisted that full disclosure would improve my prospects. She was right, my appeal was allowed. I am grateful to the Chambers for choosing her as my barrister., Bright Chibunna Iwumune • I wish to express my gratitude to barrister Christina Nicholas for her great work in the matter of my asylum. My file was large and complicated in facts and evidence but she quickly organised the file, prepared me for the hearing very thoroughly during two conferences and well presented my case in court. My spirit sunk when the Home Office was attacking and berating my case but it was quickly restored and elevated when I heard the submission on my behalf, it was so impressive that I had no doubt in success. I shall be recommending her to all my compatriots who need legal work., Md. Chowdhury • Words cannot express the depth of our gratitude to Barrister Christina Nicholas. Her exceptional legal acumen and powerful advocacy were absolutely crucial in our successful deportation appeal. Christina's ability to grasp the intricacies of our case, combined with her persuasive courtroom presence, made all the difference. She fought tirelessly for our family of five, demonstrating not only her outstanding professional abilities but also a genuine commitment to justice. Her strategic insights and clear, compelling arguments were pivotal in securing our future. We are forever indebted to her expertise and unwavering support., Faisal Zenuwah and family • Christina Nicholas is more than just a brilliant barrister; she is a beacon of hope. For eight long years, our family faced the constant threat of deportation. Christina's dedication to our case went beyond legal representation; she truly understood the emotional toll this ordeal took on us.
