Horaine has a broad practice that intersects across Civil and Public and Regulatory law.
Horaine regularly appears in the County Court, before licensing committees and the Magistrates Court and has been instructed as sole counsel in the High Court and The Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals Chamber).
About me
Before joining chambers, Horaine worked in financial services at KPMG and the Bank of England and has a particular specialism in matters concerning financial and commercial regulation.
He also worked as a criminal defence intern at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in the case of The Prosecutor v. Ratko Mladić.
Horaine is also a member of the Attorney-General's Junior Junior panel.
