About Huw
Huw Davies is a barrister with over 25 years' experience, known for delivering practical, sustainable outcomes with a strong commercial focus. He is also a qualified mediator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
He brings extensive domestic and international advisory experience, with a track record of advising C-suite executives, family offices and individuals across corporate governance, employment, construction, commercial and contractual disputes. His work includes strategic advice and representation for employees, individuals, clubs and organisations; reviewing and challenging corporate policies and procedures; conducting disciplinary investigations and hearings; and advising on multi-million-pound construction projects for both employers and contractors. He has also delivered board-level training to public sector regulators and commercial organisations in the UK and abroad.
