Janaka Siriwardena

Janaka is instructed for both Claimants and Defendants and has dealt with fast and multi-track trials for breach of contract, family property and leasehold disputes, bankruptcy, and can act for both landlords or tenants. Janaka is also instructed in matters dealing with injunctions, neighbour disputes and non-molestation orders.

He is known for deploying his Crown Court cross-examination skills to devastating effect in Civil trials.
