About Jerome
Jerome's practice centres around all forms of dispute arising out of general contract with a particular emphasis on building and property related claims, Tribunal work, rights of way/access, boundary and neighbour disputes. More recently he has been dealing with TOLATA type claims and claims involving bad faith and duress. He is also involved in vintage and high value car claims particularly where elements of fraud or bad faith are involved. Jerome acts for a number of businesses on an ongoing advisory basis. He will also deal with general debt claims. A large majority of his practice involves representing lay clients (individuals, partnership and corporate) pursuant to the Direct Access Scheme. Jerome is authorised to conduct litigation and therefore can replace solicitor involvement entirely in an appropriate case running a case from beginning to end. Jerome also acts in planning related matters and associated enforcement issues.

Prosecutions under the Trade Marks Act 1994; 7. Animal health and welfare legislation including the Animal Health Act 1981 and the associated plethora of regulations; 8.
