About me

I have an established reputation as a successful and sought after lawyer in the field of property law which includes trusts and probate. I have particular expertise in cases of common intention constructive trusts; estoppel; removal of trustees; applications under the Truslts of Land and Appoinment of Trustees Act 1996; removal of executors; taking an account and cases involving contested & competing wills. I also practise in commercial litigation involving contractual disputes and claims for repayment of money. Furthermore I have niche practices in construction adjudication and cases involving issues on legal costs and costs assessments.

I am a specialist in civil litigation and regularly appear in the High Court and in the Central London County Court, although I am frequently instructed to appear in courts in Essex and Kent. Being a Direct Access qualified barrister means not only can you instruct me directly to appear in court for you, but you can also instruct me on other parts of the case inlcuding providing a written advice or legal opinion, drafting court documents including claims, defences, application notices.
