I have been instructed in a broad range of professional negligence matters. Over the years since commencing practice in 1998, I have acted in most areas of professional negegligence. Recent instructions have included claims brought against solicitors arising out of the conduct of litigation and for negligent advice or ommissions in relation to propeprty transactions; claims against surveyors and valuers arising out of negligently conducted surveys and valuations, a claim against a financial adviser in relation to negligent investment advice; claims against medical professionals and NHS Trusts where care or treatment has fallen below the expected standard and agianst building contractors and other construction professionals.
About me
I was called to the Bar in 1997 and have gained experience in a broad range of injury related claims including those arising out of clinical negligence, highway trips and slips, breaches of health and safety regulations at work, defective premises and property, and road traffic accidents. I also have experience of fatal accident claims and inquests.
I have a particular interest in employers liability claims
