When I discovered that a previous employee had embezzled significant funds from my company, I had to turn to the Civil Courts to recover them. However, I immediately found that the process was far from simple and wrapped in complex processes and procedures for which there was little guidance and of which I knew nothing. He advised me of the whole Civil Court process, which documents I needed to submit, explained their legally-phrased wording and helped me to complete them. He helped me prepare and document the evidence and the witness statements, all in the Court's required format - including meeting the Court's undeclared deadline for submitting costs! Such was the strength of the case that Sean helped me construct, the defendant settled just before the case was due. Sean then proposed that I formalise the settlement with a Tomlin Order which he prepared for the Court. Sean Middleton is quite simply exceptional! I obviously can't go into detail, however a barrister which I had been working with for almost 6 months withdrew from the case 4 days before the hearing leaving me in a very difficult situation.
