About me

I practise in family law with a particular focus on financial remedy and private children disputes. I regularly advise clients following separation on issues concerning property, pensions, maintenance and arrangements for children. I am known for my calm, measured approach and my ability to distil complex issues into clear advice.

Notable cases

I am regularly instructed in financial remedy proceedings including FDRs and final hearings, private children disputes, and related interim applications. I also advise on post-separation negotiations, consent orders and enforcement issues arising from financial orders. I represent clients in the Magistrates' Court and Crown Court in privately funded matters, including trials, sentencing hearings and applications. I also advise at an early stage on charging decisions and case strategy. I advise on unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and contractual disputes, and represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including preliminary and final hearings. I also provide written advice, assist with pleadings and advise on settlement strategy and negotiations. I advise on immigration applications, refusals and appeals, including skilled worker and business-related matters, family and private life applications, and complex discretionary cases. I also provide written advice and representation before the Tribunal.
