Simon has advised in relation to full range of property issues, from advising on equitable discontinuous leases to appearing in relation to adverse possession claims, boundary disputes and restrictive covenants. He has acted for both tenants and landlords in relation to service charge disputes and the appointment of a Manager pursuant to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
Allied to Simon's construction and property experience, he has advised and acted in relation to professional negligence claims against architects, engineers, surveyors, managing agents and solicitors.
