Zubair regularly acts for clients in complex private law fact-finding hearings, involving allegations of parental alienation and serious physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. He takes a particular interest in cases which present complex facts, and where parental alienation is alleged.

Zubair accepts instructions to appear at all stages of financial remedy proceedings in modest value cases, including FDAs, FDRs and final hearings. He is also experienced in cases involving applications for maintenance pending suite (MPS), and legal services payment orders (LSPO).

Once instructed, Zubair approaches family law cases in two stages:
1) He first spends the necessary time to meticulously analyse the case papers,
2) Thereafter, he escalates the odds by spending ample of time with the client to understand their position, and advise them on it, if necessary.
About me
Zubair's practice is based in a set of barristers’ chambers in London. He does however travel to most parts of England and Wales, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Cardiff to help clients.
