My work
- AB v LW (ToLATA) – Represented the girlfriend in proceedings where she had made significant contributions towards the family home however the legal title did not reflect this. Successfully severed the Joint Tenancy and persuaded the court to award the girlfriend 97% of the property and the proceeds of sale to reflect this percentage.
- MW v JW (Financial Settlement following Divorce) – Negotiated a settlement in favour of the husband which ringfenced £600,000.00 in his favour by demonstrating a significant portion of assets were accumulated pre-marriage and following separation, despite the parties remaining living under one roof.
- SB v GB (Family Court) – Represented the ex-wife if financial proceedings, managed to persuade the court that the wife should be entitled to 80% of the assets due to her being made to give up on her career due to the marriage and children.
