He has years of experience working for an international investment bank in London, where he accumulated valuable experience dealing with corporate clients and evolved a commercially savvy and sensible mindset. In the courtroom, Saad is a reliable advocate who often takes on complex cases and delivers spectacular results. He has also developed skills of meticulous case preparation and an outstanding grasp of procedures through practising as a solicitor specialising in Family and Civil Litigation, prior to being called to the Bar.

My work

W v H – Saad was instructed to represent the Applicant in a Non-molestation and Children Act proceedings involving a s91(14) barring order.

AD v AT – Saad acted for the wife in complex proceedings involving undisclosed international assets and the valuation of several businesses.

Smykov v Smykova – Saad defended a former spouse in trespass proceedings brought by her former husband in relation to the former matrimonial home, where a resulting trust was successfully established.

P v A – Saad represented the Applicant in a set of complex private law proceedings involving covert recordings, kidnap, abduction, terrorism and other seriousallegations in a 4-day fact-nding hearing.

Saad read Law at City University of London and holds a BSc in Banking Practice and Management from The London School of Banking and Finance, and an MSc in Business and Law from The University of Law, London. He is also a member of the Law Society’s accreditation scheme in the area of Family.
